Admissions

REFERRAL
Referral into Self-Recovery is uncomplicated and may be accomplished directly by the patient, family member, a friend, an employer, court program, physicians, or any other health care professionals. We have admission coordinators available 24/7 for your convenience.

A phone contact will begin the procedure.

The admissions coordinator will ask basic questions regarding your substance use history, substance used, frequency of use, medical history, demographics, and previous treatment attempts. Evaluations for the substance dependant are available at no charge.

Please note that all of our admissions are voluntary admissions. After completion of the phone assessment, the substance dependent will be notified of his or her acceptance to the program. Our admissions coordinators work with our business offices in our hospitals as well as our counselors in order to assure that you receive the quickest service possible.

Upon acceptance to the Self-Recovery Program, a unique multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of family physicians, registered nurses, certified addictions counselors and other healthcare professional stand ready and eager to serve your needs.  A number of the staff is able to share their own personal recovery from various addictions with their patients.  Small groups are assured to maintain a true personal approach to recovery.  Emphasis is placed on acquiring the skills to begin a new way of life, a life-style of permanent sobriety.  Learning and growing unites the psychological, physical, and behavioral issues of the addiction and provides new understanding and new skills for daily living in recovery.

Our professional and complete program is available at an affordable cost. We welcome most forms of insurance policies.  Please contact the admissions office at our toll-free number: 1-866-255-3350, with any questions related your individual insurance policy.
